Returns & Refunds:

We offer refunds if a request is made within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact Us:

Email us at info@reignfashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item was faulty or damaged, please include a description of the issue and photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

2. Return Authorisation:

We will provide you with the return address.

3. Preparing Your Return:

• Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.

• Include your name, email, and order number on a piece of paper, inside the the return.

4. Shipping Your Return:

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable (and carbon-neutral shipping service), as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.

5. Processing Your Refund:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will review it and notify you via email.

• If all conditions are met, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

International Returns:

For international returns, please email info@reignfashion.com to arrange your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

When returning merchandise from outside the UK, please declare it as a “Return of Merchandise” on the customs declaration to avoid additional fees or delays.
